NCG CAM requires Windows 10 (64-bit) or later. Earlier operating systems have not been supported since Version 18.
Windows systems based on ARM processors (e.g. Qualcomm Snapdragon) are currently not supported. Due to the licensing technology used by NCG CAM, there may be limitations when detecting and using the hardware licence dongle on ARM-based systems.
A user account is required to download NCG CAM. If you have a current maintenance contract, your login details will be sent to you automatically by email.

Save the installation software in a directory of your choice, then double-click on the stored file, and follow the installation instructions. For a software upgrade you need a new licence code, but not for updates!
Some highlights of the new version:
- New "Transform Between Two Points" function for simple and precise positioning of parts
- 5-axis Morph Machining now supports multiple guide curves, allowing several separate areas to be machined in a single operation
- Significantly improved bitangent toolpaths with higher quality and drastically reduced calculation times
- New deburring module (ModuleWorks) for 5-axis machining and as the 3-Axis advanced AddOn
- New possibilities for undercut machining using lollipop cutters (3-Axis advanced)
- Internal turning as an extension of the turning functionality
- New 2-point line measurement and improved 3-point circle measurement
- Improved collision checking for drilling, with separate control for cutting edge, shank and holder
- More intelligent linking with significantly fewer rapid positioning movements
- Extended curve-based toolpaths with offset passes, Z-level passes and support for special cutters
- Faster and more stable Z-constant, core and planar roughing toolpaths
- Improvements to Rest finishing, Stock models and Waterline machining for increased reliability
- Optimized machining models with a drastically reduced number of triangles
- Rest material machining for turning operations
- Numerous enhancements to Turning, including profile finishing, tool tip calculation and tool validation
- Improved toolpath analysis, including display of machining times
- Enhanced material removal simulation with the ability to jump to specific XYZ positions
- Extended macro support for complete drilling operations
